How do you ensure vinyl records aren't damaged during shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated mailers and stiffeners to prevent corner dings and warping. For high-value collectors, we also offer the option to ship records outside of the sleeve to prevent seam splits.
What is your return policy for opened media?
We accept returns on defective or warped items within 30 days of purchase. However, once the shrink wrap is removed, we cannot accept returns for 'change of mind' reasons.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and your specific location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal.
What payment methods do you accept?

Are the 'Limited Edition' releases guaranteed to be in stock?
Limited edition items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it; the purchase is only confirmed once the checkout process is complete.
